There will be 10 games played over the course of the next 2 days in the Premiership. After the teams who currently occupy the top 4 positions in the league were drawn against each other in the FA Cup, 4 of the sides who are challenging to be in the top 4 at the end of the season will compete for league points against one another on successive nights.
On Tuesday the Merseyside derby will take place at Anfield. Once again Liverpool lost out on a potential signing after Mohamed Salah went to Chelsea. Not for the first time the Red's transfer policy will leave fans frustrated. On Wednesday, Spurs who are unbeaten in the league under Tim Sherwood will host Manchester City, who beat Tottenham 6-0 in November.
Elsewhere, Arsene Wenger may be about to extend his stay at Arsenal. In the meantime he will take the current league leaders to Southampton, while Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will return to Old Trafford as Cardiff City manager. 3 points for a correct score and 1 point for the right result.
Tuesday
Manchester United v Cardiff City (2-1)
Norwich v Newcastle (2-1)
Southampton v Arsenal (1-1)
Swansea v Fulham (2-0)
Crystal Palace v Hull (1-1)
Liverpool v Everton (4-3)
Wednesday
Aston Villa v West Brom (2-2)
Chelsea v West Ham (2-0)
Sunderland v Stoke (1-0)
Spurs v Manchester City (2-2)
