So this is Christmas, another year almost over and another two Premiership managers have become unemployed.
So Spurs were hammered 5-0 by Liverpool last Sunday and Andre Villas Boas lost his job on Monday. West Brom, who recently had their Christmas party in Dublin, where Shane Long performed a rather decent version of Wonderwall, were beaten 1-0 by Cardiff last Saturday and subsequently sacked Steve Clarke.
Speaking of Cardiff, earlier in the week their owner Vincent Tan sent manager Malky Mackay an email which gave Mackay the option of resigning or face the prospect of being sacked. At the moment it is unclear if the Cardiff manager will be in charge for his side's festive fixtures. The Welsh club will visit inform Liverpool tomorrow, for whom Luiz Suarez has signed a new contract.
Arsene Wenger, who is of course the longest serving manager in the Premiership will be hoping that his side do not lose another big game after being overwhelmed by Manchester City last weekend. The Gunners will face Chelsea on Monday. Jose Mourinho will be hoping that his strikers will start doing what they are suppose to do, score goals obviously. Otherwise their title challenge may fade away. There will be 10 games and 10 predictions for this weekend's matches. 3 points for the correct score and one for the right result.
